- If any unauthorized use of this product is discovered, we will deprive you of your right to use the product. In this case there will be no return and no refund under any circumstances.
- If any fraudulent use is discovered at one resort, all our partnered resorts shall be informed of this action.
- There shall be no returns, refunds, or exchange of unused tickets.
- The passes cannot be used with other discount tickets.
- The expiration date shall be the end of the business period of each ski resort within the 22-23 season ski season. Please check the official website for the operation period of each ski resort.
- The number of hours available per day depends on each Ski resort. Once again, please check the official website for the operation period of each ski resort.
- The limit to the number of hours that can be issued per day is 2-20 hours.
- If the pass has valid time left, additional tickets can be issue as many times as you want during the day in question.
- Lost Passes shall not to re-printed.
- Please abide by the rules of each Ski resort when using this Pass
- If the operations of the ski lifts and gondolas of the Ski resort you are visiting is postponed or put on hold for any reason, refunds or other measure of compensation will follow the rules of each ski resort.
- Depending on each ski resort, deposit fees for the lift tickets may be required.
- Once used, we shall not accept any return or refund for the passes if the ski resort is closed due to any restrictions, barred for behavior, natural disasters, or excessive snowfall. We ask for your understanding.
- The ski tickets can only be issued only if the number of hours remaining on the pass is, or over, 2 hours. Tickets cannot be issued if the remaining hour on your pass is, or less than, 1 hour.
- Please be sure to check the remaining hours of your pass before using it.
- In the case that your pass has 1 hour left, purchasing another pass will top up your leftover hours, resulting in an additional 20 valid hours
- Unless it is a highly irregular incident, such as compensation on behalf of the organization, you may not be able to use a pass which has, or has less than 1 hour left.
- Once again please be sure to check the remaining hours of your pass before using the pass.

Regarding of the handling of membership information
In principle, the organization managing this product shall not disclose any personal member information to any third party without the prior consent of the member. However, membership information and other customer information may be disclosed without prior consent to the membership in, and only in these following cases:
- When the request to disclose is in accordance with laws and regulations
- When the Management Organization in charge of this commodity (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") determines that it is necessary to protect the rights, interests, honor, etc. of said Organization.
- The membership information be managed and shall be in accordance with the privacy policy established by The Organization. The organization shall be able to use the membership information in order to provide services to its members, improve service content, promote service use, and operate the service in a sound and smooth manner.
